At Azlve, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If there is an issue with your order, we offer exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery under the conditions below.

1) Eligibility (7 Days)

  • You may request a return/exchange/refund within 7 days of delivery if:
  • You received a wrong item, damaged item, or an item with a verified manufacturing defect, and
  • The product is returned in original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Note: We may request photos/videos (and if available, an unboxing video) to verify the issue before approval.

2) Non-Eligible Cases

  • We do not accept returns/exchanges/refunds for:
  • Change of mind / personal preference after delivery (unless approved case-by-case)
  • Damage due to misuse, drops, water exposure, voltage/charging issues, unauthorized repair, or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items with missing packaging, accessories, or parts
  • Clearance/discounted items (unless wrong/damaged/defective upon arrival)
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (where applicable) if opened/used

3) How to Request (Within 7 Days)

Contact us within 7 days:

Please share:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

4) Return Process

  1. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
  2. If approved, we will share return instructions.
  3. After we receive and inspect the item, we will proceed with exchange or refund.

5) Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is confirmed as wrong/damaged/defective, we will support you with the process and may cover/adjust return shipping case-by-case.
  • If the return is requested for a non-verified reason, shipping charges may apply.

6) Refund Method & Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.
  • Online payments: refunded to the original payment method where possible.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): refunded via bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash (details required).
